All paid plans include email support, generally within 2 business days.
All paid plan users are eligible for a 15 day money-back policy.
Free plan service is available for the general public on a best effort basis.
Free feeds can also be created without an account, but are limited to 5 items and 10 hours update interval.
Free feeds for users without an account will be automatically purged after 30 days of inactivity.
Service access will be terminated for users who violate the
terms of service.
